Shipping Information:

Shipping takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks.

Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, call us or e-mail our main office within thirty days after purchase, so we can authorize the exhange of the product. We will be happy to authorize the exchange of any product, provided it meets the following conditions:

1. The product has not been used. 2. The product is in the original packaging. 3. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.

Out of Stock Items: We stock 95% of what we sell. From time to time, stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an approximation of when the item is expected to arrive. For orders totaling $100 or more, we will, at your request, ship what is currently in stock and ship the back ordered item when it arrives.
